Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Front Counter Rep to help manage shop operations. The ideal candidate will have automotive engine knowledge, computer proficiency and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities include:

Greet and assist customers

Manage incoming calls

Provide quotes for labor and parts

Process necessary payments

Candidates must have prior customer service experience and knowledge of engine/machine shop operations. Excellent communication (verbal and written) is highly preferred, as is the ability to multitask and stay organized. Some heavy lifting may be required.
