About the Role:

Ward Tirecraft Saskatoon is looking for a

Front Counter Sales Representative

to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with tire and automotive service inquiries Create and process work orders, quotes, and invoices Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers professionally Maintain an organized and efficient front counter area Support daily shop operations as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in a similar role (automotive or tire industry preferred) Strong customer service and organizational skills Basic computer knowledge (experience with POS systems an asset) Team-oriented attitude and ability to multitask effectively

$19-$25/hour
