MOBIA is currently looking for a Automotive Electronics Installation Technician to join our team in Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair two-way radio equipment in vehicles
- Testing & troubleshooting radio issues
- Following customer provided installation standards
- Working alone, sometimes away from home
- Excellent communication skills
- 2-5 years of experience in the radio & telecom industry and/or mobile electronics installation
- Experience configuring & testing two-way radio systems
- Experience with 12-volt vehicle installations (GPS, car stereo, dash cameras, alarms, two-way radio)
- Proficient in the use of computers
- Ability to plan and coordinate workload
- High aptitude for troubleshooting and working under pressure
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and security clearances.
- Valid driver's license and clean drivers abstract
- Solid written and verbal communication
