Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, polishing, and refurbishing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our vehicles.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of the interior and exterior of vehicles, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces. Inspect vehicles for any damages or areas needing attention before detailing. Utilize various cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively to achieve optimal results. Ensure all vehicles are presented in pristine condition before delivery to customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and vehicle aesthetics. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must be physically fit and able to perform tasks that require standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and moving equipment. A valid driver's license is required to operate various types of vehicles safely.
