Automotive Deal Accounting Clerk SouthCoast Hyundai has an immediate opening available for an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our successful Dealership in Simcoe (Norfolk County), Ontario. In this key role, you will put to use your accounting experience to process New, Pre-Owned, Dealer Trades, Fleet, and Wholesale Vehicle Sales. RESPONSIBILITIES \xc2\xb7 Posting of all New, Pre-Owned, Dealer Trades, Fleet and Wholesale Vehicle Sales \xc2\xb7 Payout floor planned vehicles within banking requirement deadlines \xc2\xb7 On demand cheques issued (Lien Payouts, Dealer Trades, etc.) \xc2\xb7 Post invoices from Manufacturer \xc2\xb7 Monthly reconciliation of all schedules relating to deal processing, including floorplan, inventory schedules, F&I payable schedules, Vehicle receivables, etc. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with General Manager\'s Month End closes, to ensure all deals have been received and posted within the Month End cut-offs \xc2\xb7 Work with Management Team to ensure processes are being followed through on QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS \xc2\xb7 Experience in a Dealership Accounting role would be considered a strong asset \xc2\xb7 Experience working well in a deadline driven environment (able to meet tight time-lines) \xc2\xb7 Strong aptitude for numbers and analytical skills \xc2\xb7 The ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, with simultaneous deadlines \xc2\xb7 Experience using CDK and 180 would be considered a strong asset \xc2\xb7 Intermediate to Advanced level EXCEL knowledge & skill is required \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently \xc2\xb7 Exceptional verbal & written communication skills If you are searching for an opportunity to grow your career while adding value to our Team, then this role is for you!
