Function: To deliver superior customer service by:
Greeting customers promptly and courteously;
Promoting the integrity of the Midas name by complying with the principles set forth in the MAP Uniform Inspection and Communication Standards, and doing so with consistent excellence;
Adhering to the Midas Sales Process in a manner that promotes customer loyalty and retention;
Conveying trust and professionalism to all customers;
Providing a comfortable and hospitable environment for all customers;
Providing thorough, non-technical, explanations to customers regarding their vehicle's service needs;
Keeping customers informed as to completion and pick up time;
Following up with customers on a daily basis;
Initiating, monitoring and ensuring prompt response to customer feedback and alerting the Shop Manager about disgruntled customers;
Providing assistance with paperwork;
Ensuring that the customer is fully informed about all warranty items and leave the shop completely satisfied

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
