Job Title: Automation Test Engineer AI

Location: Calgary - 5 Days from office

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Automation Test Engineer with AI Experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks while leveraging AI and machine learning (ML) techniques to enhance testing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation tools, a deep understanding of QA methodologies, and a passion for leveraging AI to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.

Technical Skills:

Experience with load testing and profiling tools such as Java, Tosca, Selenium, Cucumber & postman

. Strong experience on Oracle SQL & Stored procedures.

Hands on Experience in Rest Assured & API Testing.

Design, develop, and implement automated test solutions to ensure the quality of complex software systems. Maintain, enhance, and scale existing test automation frameworks across multiple platforms (web, mobile, API, etc.). Write reusable, maintainable, and robust test scripts for functional, performance, regression, and integration testing. Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline. Perform root cause analysis of failed tests and report detailed findings to stakeholders. Knowledge of End to End test cycle. Leverage AI/ML techniques to predict defects, prioritize tests, and improve testing strategies. Build AI-driven tools or utilities to detect patterns, anomalies, and potential risks in application behavior. Use natural language processing (NLP) and ML to generate intelligent test cases from requirements or user stories. Research and implement AI-powered tools and frameworks to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of test automation. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML applications in testing and quality assurance. Participate in test planning, test case creation, and requirements review with cross-functional teams. Identify and mitigate testing risks throughout the software development lifecycle. Communicate testing progress, results, and strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure automated tests are run in parallel to provide faster feedback and improve testing turnaround time. Advocate for quality and testability during the design, development, and delivery of software. Ensure proper documentation of automated testing solutions, scripts, and processes. Mentor junior team members on test automation and AI-related best practices.
