We specialize in providing cutting-edge solutions to optimize manufacturing processes and improve overall efficiency. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Automated Machine Builder to join our talented team.

As an Automated Machine Builder at Trillium Machine, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and maintenance of automated machinery. The successful candidate will play a key role in our production process, contributing to the development and improvement of cutting-edge automated systems.

The primary responsibilities include:

Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation

Assembling and integrating automated machinery components

Conducting quality control checks to ensure machines meet specifications

Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical issues

Collaborating with engineering teams to implement design changes

Performing routine maintenance and repairs on automated systems

Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations

Setting up Electric Sensors from manufactures such as Banner, Keyence, Sick Etc.

Setting up Pneumatic Systems from manufacturers such as Festo, SMC, Bimba Etc.

Able to work independently and as a valued team member

Be creative and be able to think outside the box

General knowledge of build standards

Experience using Machine shop equipment (Such as Vertical Milling machine, lathe, grinder etc)

Steel Toe Shoes & Safety glasses required

Must have a Full G license with a clean driving record

Must be able to travel to the USA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
