WICO Design and Construction Management Ltd. is design, construction, and project management firm that specializes in commercial and residential projects.
WICO is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, multitasking person to join our team in the role of AutoCAD Draftsperson/Junior Project Manager.

Duties:
Drafting experience with AutoCAD
Ability to put together material estimates for projects or aptitude to learn
-Aptitude to learn project management
Ability to work on floorplan designs
Track projects and progress reports / aptitude to learn project management
Creating and working on job estimates
Ability to drive to job sites
Source products and materials
Ability to work under deadlines
Ability to read blueprints or aptitude to learn
Interact with suppliers and contractors
Maintain relationships with clients and government offices
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Photoshop
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
