We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2-3years Customer service experience in a bodyshop or dealership setting.
Will assist the lead estimator in the closing and writing of estimates
Looking for a candidate who has scheduling experience in the autobody industry, with knowledge of DRP and how the insurance industry works.
Must have working knowledge with estimating software such as Bodyshop connect, Autatex, Mitchell, Progi.
Parts knowledge
Excellent customer service skills, you will be dealing with customers, adjusters and car rental stores.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Responsibilities
Communicate with adjustors regularly and customer to keep them updated on completion of job regularly.
Coordinate with Lead estimator to ensure you have an understanding of repair timelines to communicate with the customer and adjustors.
Ensure that vehicles are schduled according to the shop schedule
Setting up car rentals with Enterprise for customers
