At Taylor Autobody we are looking for a Customer Service Representative / Reception. The right fit for this position is someone who provides outstanding customer service, is positive, upbeat, a great communicator.
Taylor Auto Body reception position is the primary contact for our customers. Professionalism, positive attitude, courtesy and empathy are required to help them through the difficult and stressful time of having their vehicle repaired after an accident. Knowledge of insurance procedures and auto body policies is required to be their source of information.
We need a "front line" person with knowledge of autobody process's, thats able to communicate effectively and work as a team to provide exceptional service.

Reception reports to and takes direction from Office Administrator and Auto Body Manager.
