Take ownership of the shop and staff performance including estimating, profitability, customer service, production, employee relations, insurance relations, and more
Lead a strong technical team to operate in an effective manner while maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
Ensure that every employee is focused on providing exceptional customer service
Ability to effectively execute and maintain business plans.
Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators including CSI, profitability, cycle time, etc
Coach and develop your staff, and address any situations as they arise to maintain a positive and cooperative work environment
Builds and maintains good relations with customers, to encourage their loyalty and obtain their recommendations.

Qualifications:
Experience in shop management
Experience leading a team and managing employees
A complete understanding of the collision repair process, and familiarity with insurance repair procedures
Solid estimating skills
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license
