Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base effectively.

Responsibilities



Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts and in-dealership interactions Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets Conduct high-end and retail sales, demonstrating vehicles and features effectively Negotiate deals with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue Support the sales team with marketing initiatives and customer outreach strategies Maintain organized records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for increasing B2B sales opportunities

Skills



Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or dealership environment preferred Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities Multilingual capabilities, especially bilingual in Spanish, are highly desirable Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM tools Knowledge of high-end vehicle features and retail sales techniques Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team Marketing acumen to promote vehicles and dealership offerings effectively Basic math skills for calculating deals, payments, and financing options

Pay: From $44,880.38 per year
