We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts sales and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. The Parts Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience while contributing to the overall success of our dealership.

Responsibilities

Provide expert advice to customers regarding automotive parts and accessories. Assist customers with order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of parts. Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels effectively. Process transactions using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Utilize Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting purposes. Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and negotiation skills. Collaborate with the sales team to promote parts sales and marketing initiatives. Ensure a clean and organized work environment that facilitates efficient operations. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Experience

Previous experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes. Experience in retail sales, particularly in automotive parts or related fields, is highly desirable. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as communication with diverse customers is essential. Familiarity with digital parts catalogues is a plus. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are necessary for success in this role.

Pay: $16.68-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 - 46.5 per week
