Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team . The Delivery Driver will be responsible for transporting goods from our warehouse to various locations throughout the Gander market in a safe and timely manner. Duties:
- Safely transport goods to customer locations
- Load and unload cargo
- Follow delivery schedules and routes
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns
- Maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries

Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial driving
- Ability to operate forklifts for loading and unloading
- Knowledge of automotive repair is am asset
- Experience handling freight is preferred

Requirements:

Minimum High School Diploma education or equivalency.

A valid driver's Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract must be maintained and is a requirement.

Minimum 3 years of driving experience.

A clear Police Criminal Record Check is a requirement of employment.

A three-month probationary period must be worked before full time permanent status applies.

- Commercial driving experience or previous delivery experience would be an asset

A three month probationary period and a police background letter of clearance are requirements. The successful candidate must have and maintain a valid drivers license.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
