Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated

Auto Parts Salesperson

to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming sales calls, providing quotes, and assisting customers with their automotive parts needs. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Answer phones and provide sales and shipping quotes to multiple customers daily Deliver an exceptional customer service experience on every interaction Use automotive knowledge to recommend parts and accessories Work closely with fellow staff to source, order, and deliver the right solutions Assist with daily operational tasks to support overall store success Occasionally assist with packaging, organizing, or moving parts as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or trade certification (automotive industry experience preferred) Knowledge of the Car-Part, Hollander, Powerlink systems is highly valued; other phone or in-person sales experience is an asset

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly wage:

$18.70 - $25.00 per hour

(depending on experience) After a 3-month probation period, monthly sales commissions will be introduced for each part sold If you already have Car-Part knowledge or prior sales experience, commissions may start earlier Casual and supportive work environment -- be comfortable, learn about cars, and grow with the team Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry

Work Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
