Job Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service within our Canadian Tire Store. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities



Put away received parts in the warehouse Process customer orders efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems. Assist customers with inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and specifications. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Collaborate with the sales team to promote parts sales and provide marketing support. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for order fulfillment and tracking. Maintain organized records of transactions, inventory, and customer interactions.

Experience

Previous experience in a dealership setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with retail sales processes and customer service best practices is essential. Experience in automotive repair or knowledge of automotive parts is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Effective phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with customers and suppliers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
