We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Glass Customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering calls, giving quotes, preparing invoices and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding services performed.
Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
Ability to make invoices and book appointments, ability to attract more businiess.
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Automotive Glass Technician or in a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of automotive glass types, installation techniques, and safety practices.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform precise measurements and cuts.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
