Job Description

An exciting and fast-growing global lender is seeking a personable, hard-working sales representative to join an ambitious winning team. This is an account management role suited to an energetic self-starter who is looking to lead the success of a young, dynamic and progressive automotive finance company in North America. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service and be the point of contact to leading automobile dealers.
• Proactively meet with dealerships regularly to assist with financing support, deal structuring, program updates, credit and funding decision reviews.
• Develop strong relationships through consistent contact and excellent service with the dealer base.
• Increase overall dealer satisfaction ratings as determined by dealer feedback and yearly NPS survey results.
• Interact with the dealers through multiple channels as preferred by the dealer such as email, text, telephone or platform messaging options.
• Territory will cover Vancouver Lower Mainland and Okanagan. Expense-paid travel will be required within the region.

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years related sales and customer service, preferably in financial services or automotive lending
• Proven emotional intelligence with the ability to develop strong professional relationships
• Proven track record of providing a high level of service in demanding or pressure situations
• Comfortable proactively contacting dealers on a regular basis
• Fluent English both spoken and written with exceptional telephone skills
• Motivated, self-starter driven to perform at a high-level working both independently and collaborating with a team
• Highly developed problem-solving skills to find solutions to dealers\xe2\x80\x99 issues or provide recommendations to management on how to improve efficiency of program delivery
• Background or understanding of RouteOne, DealerTrack or in dealerships portals is preferred but not required.
• Successful candidate must have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and reliable automobile.

Start Date: Immediately Duration: Full Time / Permanent Work Location: Vancouver Lower Mainland and Okanagan. Candidate may reside anywhere within the territory and travel throughout the region. Expenses paid. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $34,267.12-$126,569.88 per year Benefits:
