Position: Auto Claim Adjuster
Location: Montreal, Hybrid
Salary: $65K to $75K (based on experience)

In this role, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, online, live chat, and written communications to customers, dealerships, and repair facilities
- Handle automotive warranty claims and loss adjusting
- Coordinate the claim adjusting process to meet department service levels and commitments within the designated timeframes
- Courteously and promptly liaise and interact with various stakeholders
- Perform various other related tasks to support the claims adjustment process
Requirements:
- Experience working in insurance with automobile claims or experience as an Automobile Mechanic, Technical Service Advisor, Auto Body Technician or an Apprentice Mechanic, Auto Service Manager, Auto Parts Warranty Administrator, or Claims Adjuster
- Strong bilingual skills with at least good basic written skills to support B2B clients all over Canada
- Education within a relevant field, insurance or automobile is an asset
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday until 7:30 pm
- Good computer skills and aptitude to learn new technology
