Job Description

FLAT RATE PAY STRUCTURE

Duties:

- Repair and restore damaged vehicles to their original condition
- Perform automotive body repairs, including frame straightening, dent removal, and panel replacement
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the job -
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Experience working in an autobody shop is preferred
- Valid driver's license required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
