Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive repair techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Assess vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs Utilize power tools and hand tools to perform bodywork, including welding, sanding, and painting Replace or repair damaged parts such as bumpers, fenders, and doors Ensure all repairs meet industry standards for quality and safety Collaborate with other technicians and staff to maintain workflow efficiency Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity

Skills

Proficient in automotive repair techniques with hands-on experience in bodywork Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot various vehicle issues Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs Experience working in a dealership or similar automotive environment is preferred Familiarity with using power tools and hand tools effectively and safely Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
