Responsibilities

Repair and replace damaged body panels, frames, and structural components using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques. Perform dent removal, sanding, filling, and painting to restore vehicles to factory standards. Use diagnostic tools and mechanical knowledge to identify issues and execute appropriate repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining quality standards. Inspect vehicles thoroughly post-repair to ensure all work meets dealership specifications and customer expectations.

Qualifications

Previous automotive repair background preferred. Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment. Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret repair manuals and technical diagrams. Prior mechanic experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to work safely with heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
