VIP Auto Care is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. We are a growing, well-established automotive repair business located in Calgary. The successful candidate must be proficient in all aspects of auto body repair. We value quality workmanship, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform frame straightening and structural repairs Replace and align body panels with precision Carry out welding tasks (MIG, spot welding, etc.) Fill, sand, and prepare surfaces for painting Complete minor and major dent repairs Conduct rust repairs and apply corrosion protection Perform masking and paint preparation Use collision measuring systems and repair equipment Execute refinishing and blending techniques Disassemble and reassemble vehicles post-repair

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in auto body repair Must supply your own tools Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable, consistent, and professional attitude Positive mindset and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and grow with the business
