As an Auto Body Prepper, you'll work in a modern, fully equipped facility designed for precision and efficiency. In this fast-paced environment, you'll play a key role in preparing vehicles for top-quality repairs and finishes. KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
?Team Collaboration: Promote a positive and respectful workplace by demonstrating effective communication and a solution-focused attitude.
?Component Installation: Remove and install bolt-on components such as trim, hoods, fenders, doors, and interior parts as part of body preparation work.
?Surface Preparation: Prepare vehicles for painting by masking, taping, sanding priming, and refinishing surfaces to meet quality standards.
?Finishing Work: Perform buffing, wet and dry sanding, and polishing of painted vehicles to achieve a high-quality finish.
?Material Handling: Safely handle tools and equipment, maintaining the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required for job duties.
?Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety standards and protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

EDUCATION
2-3 years of Auto-Body or Heavy-Duty truck experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
