Overview:

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Refinishing Technician

to join our auto body team. In this role, you'll be responsible for restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition using expert refinishing techniques. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, have a sharp eye for color and finish, and enjoy working in a fast-paced shop environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning surfaces Mix and match paint colors to achieve factory or custom finishes Apply paint using spray guns and other tools, ensuring smooth and even coats Perform final finish work including buffing, polishing, and touch-ups Inspect work for quality and accuracy, making corrections as needed Follow all safety and environmental regulations in the paint booth and shop Maintain tools, equipment, and paint inventory in an organized, clean state Collaborate with body technicians and estimators to meet deadlines and customer expectations

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in automotive painting or refinishing Proficient in mixing and applying automotive paint systems (waterborne and/or solvent-based) Familiarity with OEM standards, refinishing processes, and color matching Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work independently and as part of a team
