Key Responsibilities:
• Estimate Vehicle Repair Costs: Review photos of damaged vehicles to help estimate repair costs.
• Coordinate with Repair Shops: Send photos of vehicles to repair shops to get quotes, pricing, and service details.
• Schedule Repairs and Services: Assist in scheduling repair services for vehicles to be sent to repair shops.
• Manage Invoices: Help with organizing and processing invoices for repair services.
• Communication with Management: Answer calls and emails from management, providing updates on scheduling and repair status.
• Support High Volume Work: Assist with managing a high number of estimates and appointments in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: No prior automotive experience required - training will be provided. Passion and knowledge of the automotive industry is an asset.
• Skills: Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with management and vendors.
• License : Valid driver's license.
• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada
