A reputable Accounting Firm have a great opportunity for an Audit Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for:

• Assume a high level of responsibility for client liaison and portfolio management, planning and control, developing deliverable, writing reports and presentation.
• Build, manage, direct, and monitor multiple client engagements teams while maintaining active communication with clients to manage expectations and help ensure client satisfaction.
• Help partner and manager lead and control of special engagements, ensuring they are properly planned, staffed and executed.
• Supervise the engagement work of staffs and ensuring the professional standard of services to clients as well as preparation of fee notes.
• Review the work of junior staff, assist in their career development through constructive feedback and guidance.
• Participate in major client pursuits including proposal preparation.
• Be responsible for group administration, training, overall evaluation, and counseling of subordinates

Qualifications

• 2 plus years of relevant experience in a senior role within a CPA firm
• Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college/university and licensed CPA.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple engagements and client service teams as well as developing and mentoring staff within a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent leadership, project management skills and business development skills.
• Ability to manage time, multitask and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Experience with Sage 50, QuickBooks, CaseWare, Cantax etc. is ideal
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an asset
