Job Description

Data is central to our marketing teams. It allows us to better understand the customer and adopt more targeted and personalized approaches. We are looking for an Audience Specialist who will be tasked with managing the analysis of customer data, defining audience groups, and translating these learnings into recommendations for well suited, more efficient, cross-channel campaigns. The Audience Specialist will also take action accordingly by being the editor of our CDP platform.

The position is set as an important interface between the requirements and needs of customers and business partners, collaborating closely with product development, data, and marketing.

The Audience Development Specialist is a wellspring of information, all of which is found by active participation; observing and participating in the development of marketing strategies and being hands-on in the CDP platform.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Foster customer centricity, cross channel thinking and analyze the customer journey on the website and all digital marketing channels.
  • Work closely with Customer Relationship Management, Paid Media, Web, and Data Analytics teams to create a 360 customer view across all channels, data integrations and analysis to better understand customer behavior.
  • Use and understand data and performance KPIs to build a targeting that enables us to connect with most relevant audiences.
  • Monitor collection of audience data and enable development of audience targeted solutions.
  • Lead customer segment creation to be used by our advertising solutions by leveraging audience data.
  • Work with regulatory and policy teams, ensuring data usage and privacy compliance.
  • Manage the audience creation process and monitor the health of audiences inside the CDP.
  • Own the CDP platform, being able to perform basic logical configurations for segmentation and operate small technical tasks to ensure inbound and outbound audience data flow.
THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant experience, with at least 2 years in an audience or data management role.
  • A university degree in a related field (Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, etc).
  • A data driven profile and commercially minded, with strong analytical skills. Good knowledge of information systems and data environments (database, loading processes and data transformations).
  • Experience in Digital Marketing. Knowledge of marketing tools such as CDP and Marketing automation, or CRM software.
  • Knowledge of digital tools and platforms (Facebook, Google Analytics, GTM).
  • Ability to interact with multiple business units who have their own specificities and to bring them together with a unified audience strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English - French.
  • Strong experience with Marketing Campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience managing an initiative from start to finish.
  • Eager to learn and experiment and not afraid to fail.
