is looking for a

part-time

Attendant Service Worker/Personal Support Worker (ASW/PSW) for our

Amherstburg

location.

Job Duties:

Provide attendant services in accordance with the care plan, including personal hygiene, personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation and housekeeping. Respect the autonomy and dignity of clients in all interactions. Complete daily work logs and other required documentation. Maintain clear communication with the Program Manager and coworkers via daily logs, client updates, and communication boards. Ensure staff and client equipment is neat and in good working order.

Requirements:

Experience providing personal care or support services in a home or community setting. Completion of a PSW certificate or related health care training program

Must be able to work every other weekend.

Valid Ontario driver's license, daily access to a motor vehicle, and appropriate vehicle insurance coverage. Clear Police Clearance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $23.22 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
