.About the Role:
As a Flexologist, you'll take your understanding of movement, anatomy, and bodywork to the next level. While you'll focus primarily on one modality --
assisted stretching
-- your precision, communication, and creativity will be challenged and sharpened with every client.It's simple in concept, but powerful in practice.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver professional
one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
(25 or 50 minutes) Assess client movement patterns, posture, and mobility limitations Designpersonalized mobility plans
to track progress and results Ensure client safety through proper technique and adherence to studio protocols Participate in team meetings and continuing education Build and maintain strong client relationships and memberships Contribute to a positive, high-energy studio culture -- both in person and onlineQualifications
Certified Athletic Therapist (CATA)
orRegistered Massage Therapist (MTAM)
Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and manual therapy Excellent communication and people skills Passionate about helping others move better and feel betterBenefits:
