Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Athletic Recruiting Coordinators to join our team. In this role, you will use your sports background and network to identify talented student-athletes, connect with local sports organizations, and represent ESE at games, showcases, and tournaments.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate prospective student-athletes for recruitment opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with local sports clubs, high schools, and coaches. Attend games, tournaments, and showcases to scout talent and represent the company. Serve as a resource and guide student-athletes and their families, helping them navigate the recruiting process. Stay up to date on trends and developments in youth sports and recruiting.

Qualifications

Strong sports background (former/current athlete, coach, etc) Strong sales skills Passion for sports and a desire to help student-athletes succeed. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with a team. Familiarity with local sports clubs, high schools, and recruiting showcases is a plus. Willingness to travel locally to attend events and meet with prospects.

If you are accepted for this role, there is a registration fee of $150 that includes training, merchandise, and access to tools that will help in the role.

This role is 100% commission based in the beginning. There is no limit to your earning potential.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: $500.00-$2,000.00 per month
