## About the role
As ATB's next ATB 101 - Private Banking Student you will analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, ensuring our new digital tools streamline data entry and improve overall team productivity. Beyond app development, you will oversee the strategic digitization of departmental records to create a more accessible and organized digital ecosystem.
## Accountabilities

  • Evaluate existing operational bottlenecks to ensure that digitized workflows reduce manual entry time and improve data integrity across the department.
  • Analyze current workflow processes and design, build, and deploy intuitive AppSheet solutions that automate data collection and reporting.
  • Lead the end-to-end migration of physical files into a digital platform, ensuring all records are accurately indexed and accessible within the created apps.
## Skills, experience & requirements
  • Currently enrolled in Business Technology Management program, Computer Science, or related school programs.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies or experience with API integrations
  • Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and analytical skills, with the proficiency in the Google Workspace utilizing complex Google Sheets formulas to manage backend data.
  • Proficient in active listening, strong verbal/written communication, and the exchange of constructive feedback.
  • Utilizes systems thinking, critical thinking, and advanced problem-solving to navigate complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment independently and in collaboration with team members.
  • Productive, adaptable, reliable, responsible, and able to take initiative, stand up, speak out, and identify opportunities for change.
  • A self-motivated team player with strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
