Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage assurance engagements from planning through completion.
Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members.
Review financial statements and related disclosures for accuracy and compliance.
Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness.
Collaborate with partners and other managers to deliver high-quality results.
Ensure compliance with firm policies and professional standards.
Identify opportunities to add value for clients through insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
Canadian CPA designation.
5+ years of progressive assurance/audit experience with a CPA firm.
Experience managing multiple engagements and teams.
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and assurance practices.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Background
Experience in both public and private company assurance engagements.
Background from national, mid-sized, or Big 4 CPA firms.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year.
