Overview: We are seeking an experienced Assurance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the assurance services provided by the company, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Duties: - Develop and implement audit plans - Conduct risk assessments and identify internal control weaknesses - Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance - Lead and manage audit teams to ensure timely completion of audits - Provide recommendations for improving processes and controls - Communicate audit findings to senior management - Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage audit engagements for clients across multiple industries. Plan, execute, and complete audits in compliance with professional standards. Supervise, mentor, and review the work of staff accountants. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work and manage engagement budgets. Stay updated on accounting, auditing, and regulatory developments.
