:Position SummaryUnder the general direction of the Manager, Housekeeping, this position is responsible for the overall supervision of Housekeeping operations and is responsible for scheduling and allocating workload. Assists with developing Performance Objectives and delivering Performance Evaluations for housekeeping team members; actively participates in the recruitment and hiring process. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.Key Accountabilities
