Summary As a Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, you will be a critical member of a group of leading teams that perform the necessary activities to accomplish business development and secure client relationships for the firm. You will identify qualified leads, book meetings, and prepare for client presentations. We will teach you how to develop new business, become a trusted advisor to our clients, and you will be trained by one of the premier Commercial Real Estate firms in the world.

Using a variety of research tools to understand the market dynamics, trends, and overall real estate opportunities Prospecting to generate new business and further develop existing relationships with an assertive, positive, and persistent style Identifying client needs, prioritizing pain points, and proposing tailored solutions Meetings with current and prospective clients Financial modeling and analysis with oversight from brokerage teams and leadership Learning to generate your own sales targets to support development towards becoming fully commissionable Learning to remain resilient in an aggressive and competitive environment Contributing to the identification, assessment, negotiation, and acquisition of client real estate
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in providing valuation reviews on real property using various methodologies including cost, income, and direct sales comparison approach.
  • Writing and updating of various analytic reports, i.e. Regional and Market analyses and Industry Overviews.
  • Input and audit sales comparable data, such as lease, expense, rent comps and sales transactions.
  • Work as part of a team on large or complex client engagements on a portfolio of properties.
  • Support the efforts of others in the group to ensure exceptional service to our clients.
  • To develop property valuation knowledge and expertise and to become an Accredited Appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-2 years of experience, ideally in real estate appraisal
  • Bachelor's degree, preferable in business, urban studies or economics.
  • Strong research, analytic and written skills are required.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • A valid driver's license.

RESPONSABILITES
Contribuer a la realisation d'evaluations de biens immobiliers selon diverses methodes : approche par les couts, par le revenu et par comparaison directe
Rediger et mettre a jour divers rapports analytiques, tels que des analyses regionales, de marche et des etudes sectorielles
Saisir et verifier les donnees comparables de ventes, de baux, de loyers et de transactions immobilieres
Travailler en equipe sur des mandats clients complexes ou de grande envergure portant sur des portefeuilles de proprietes
Appuyer les efforts de l'equipe afin d'assurer un service exceptionnel a nos clients
Developper son expertise en evaluation immobiliere dans le but de devenir un evaluateur agree aupres de l'Institut canadien des evaluateurs (ICE)

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 42,500.00 - $50,000.00
