Associate Seller Success Manager (Account Manager)

Are you a highly motivated and results driven Account Manager? As an Account Manager, which we call Associate Seller Success Manager at Best Buy, you will help sellers adapt to our platform services and regulations. You will be a trusted business advisor and provide amazing customer service.

In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in Lower mainland, BC, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Work with the Seller Success Managers to formulate engagement plans with sellers regarding promotional plans, inventory, advertising, and other business driving tactics
• Provide analysis and reporting support to team for promotions planning
• Coordinate merchandising and marketing initiatives, overseeing the Marketing Calendar
• Ensure timely submission for internal timelines of weekly, seasonal, and major event opportunities
• Perform seller performance audits on request
• Find high opportunity sellers and work to grow them

What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:

• 3 + years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• A team player who has a customer minded approach
• Experience in reporting for sales and financials
