The Sales Support Associate will work in valued partnership with Picton Mahoneyxe2x80x99s Retail and Institutional Sales team and will take strong pride in their administrative responsibilities in delivering effective, timely and polished sales support required for the broader sales team.Responsibilities of the Role

  • Support members of our Retails Sales team and work closely with Marketing and Compliance to ensure that the teams are conducting meetings and events in a way that is compliant to ensure the integrity of our company and brand.
  • Help run reports and maintain tracking for sales
  • Coordinate regional & corporate events including booking venues & catering and preparing necessary materials as needed.
  • Process client requests including co-op & charitable sponsorship pre-approvals, conference pre-approvals and arranging payment & cost allocations.
  • Support for CRM needs regionally and nationally (project work) including CRM administration, managing regional data integrity, generate reporting.
  • Process and submit expenses for wholesalers in a timely manner.
  • Manage calendars and the booking and confirmation for client meetings.
  • Support the Manager of Sales Support & Administration on special projects and tasks.
  • Assist with timely and ad hoc sales reporting as needed by Sales team.
  • Arrange travel and complete expenses for regional team members and Portfolio managers as assigned.
  • Be an integral member of the Sales Support team and participate in streamlining and implementing internal procedures and processes to help enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience Required
  • Successful achievement of a diploma or degree in business administration or relevant field of study is an asset
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Industry experience in financial services, CSC completion is preferred.
  • Knowledge of National Instrument 81-105 for Sales Practices support is an asset.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively support the greater Sales team.
  • An ability to produce high-quality work and solutions in a rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines, with the skill to prioritize to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • The ability to speak French is an asset.
