Join our team and see how the skyxe2x80x99s the limit.The start date for this hybrid position is January 27, 2025 and will be based out of our 10 Factory Lane, St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador office.What you'll do here:Play a key role in providing the best possible protection for our clients' most valuable assets by advising them to make informed choices, answering their product questions and advising on next stepsAnalyze customer needs and promote and cross-sell products and servicesAccept and process changes in payment methodsHandle phone and email inquiries from existing clients in a professional and timely mannerWhat you bring to the table:Minimum one year of customer service experienceA natural communicator and understand how to listen and empathize with othersTech-savvy and comfortable working between different systemsAbility to multi-task and stay cool under pressureWillingness to complete the provincial exam to obtain your insurance licenseNo Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in CanadaThis role requires you to:Be available to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 8:00pm and Saturdays from 8:00am - 5:00pmDuring the first year with us, you will be required to work every Saturday.
