Work Location:

Vancouver (200 Granville St #1600)

Work Schedule:

35 hours per week

Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (only working five 8-hour shifts within that period) Hybrid model with one day in the office after 6 months. During the training phase, you may be asked to come in up to 4 days a week. The work schedule will include all Saturdays.

What you'll do here:



Play a key role in providing the best possible protection for our clients' most valuable assets by advising them on suitable insurance products, answering their product questions, and guiding them on the next steps. Analyze individual customer needs and promote and cross-sell appropriate personal lines insurance products and services. Efficiently accept and process changes in payment methods, ensuring accurate and timely updates to clients' accounts. Handle phone and email inquiries from existing clients in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly

What you bring to the table:



At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment Previous experience in sales and customer loyalty is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for customers and colleagues, and the ability to understand and empathize with others. Proficient with technology and comfortable navigating multiple systems. Ability to multitask effectively and remain calm under pressure. You must be prepared to study for and pass the provincial insurance licensing exam with the support of our in-house training team. Bilingual in English and French is an asset No prior Canadian work experience is required but candidates must be authorized to work in Canada full-time.

his is an in-bound call center position

, and we are looking for candidates who are comfortable with working evenings and every Saturday and Statutory holiday for the first year. We are happy to offer a day-shift schedule after 18 months in the role.

Salary of the successful candidate will typically be positioned between the following range, taking into consideration a number of factors including prior experience, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, location and internal equity:


$40,900.00 - $61,300.00
