Description :JOB SUMMARYKey responsibilities will include underwriting potential acquisition and development opportunities; conducting operator/client credit analysis; reviewing and analyzing business plans, management teams, budgets, and financial statements at both the company-wide and individual property or portfolio levels; participating in monthly and quarterly meetings with operators; leading annual budgeting and ongoing monitoring of real estate portfolios, and visiting communities. The role will involve significant client interaction, so strong interpersonal skills are essential.
