  • Work as a liaison between vendors and the organization.
  • Provides specialized consultative service and implements, drives, and maintains vendor programs, marketing, and training.
  • Actively market and advocate for the vendor\'s products or services, utilizing strategic sales techniques to increase visibility, generate leads, and drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and monitor vendor performance.
  • Research invoice and contractual issues and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma, degree, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of customer service, sales, or retail experience preferred.
  • Experience in outbound cold calling would be an asset.
  • Demonstrates resourcefulness and strong financial acumen.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities simultaneously while leveraging strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes and drive successful results.
  • Highly motivated and capable of working independently, demonstrating the ability to take initiative and achieve goals.
  • A collaborative team player who embraces opportunities for growth and development.
  • Strong experience with MS Office Suite.
  • Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
