Work Arrangements:

This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement.



What you will be doing:



Assist in the design and launch of new wealth products, including segregated funds, GIAs, and payout solutions; Support product enhancements based on market trends, client feedback, and regulatory changes; Support product-related administrative activities, including commission schedule updates, statement notes, annual Fund Facts refresh, and segregated fund annual reporting; Continuously monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, product features, and distribution tactics; Conduct research to identify emerging trends and customer insights; Translate findings into actionable product strategies and positioning; Provide regular insights and benchmarking reports to inform product strategy; Work closely with marketing, distribution, actuarial, legal, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery; Support training and enablement for advisors and sales teams; Track product performance metrics; Analyze results to identify opportunities for improvement and support data-driven decision-making; Ensure products meet all regulatory requirements and internal governance standards; Assist in preparing documentation for approvals and audits.

What you will bring:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; 2+ years experience in product management, financial services or insurance; Strong knowledge of insurance-based investment products, including their design, regulatory environment, and strategic positioning; Strong understanding of wealth management and regulatory environments; Skilled in leveraging data, insights, and performance metrics to inform strategy; Proficiency in tools such as Excel and PowerBI for data analysis and visualization; High level of accuracy in documentation, analysis and execution; Experience partnering across Marketing, Distribution, Operations and other teams.
