Ability to write user stories and facilitate team discussions and decision making

Product backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning

Product launch, release and communication planning

Strong communication skills working with internal and external stakeholders.

Flexibility and ability to deal with multiple/competing priorities; shifting with projects and stakeholders.

Exceptional attention to detail; ability to be methodical in approach.

Experience of project and product delivery with cross-functional teams, able to overcome/adapt to unforeseen challenges to meet commitments

Business acumen, ability to assess the potential impacts of new product features and track post-launch success

Has subject matter understanding in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

May lead functional projects or work streams within a project

Works independently, identifies innovative solutions, with guidance

Accountabilities & responsibilities:

Developing a deep understanding of the user checkout experience, along with an understanding of our product stack. Applying perspectives from a technical, operational, business and design point of view. Leveraging this perspective to bring high-impact opportunities to the Customer ordering experience

Product oversight includes but is not limited to:

Owning the execution of your team\'s projects; excelling at keeping the product ticket backlog up-to-date and prioritized, integrating projects into sprints, release management, gathering feedback and iterating on releases

Working to help assess the impact of service issues and bugs, identifying larger issue trends and subsequently triaging items needing action to appropriate teams with the appropriate priority

Building and maintaining a Product roadmap that is aligned with the group strategy for the 3 to 6 month timeframe.

Product delivery and measurement; works effectively in an agile environment to deliver product increments and ensure that requirements are met. Measures and monitors product performance after releases

Supporting team members within your product group, while working towards adding value across product functions and groups and contributing to longer-term product roadmaps

Communication and stakeholder management; clearly communicates with multiple stakeholders throughout the product development process and manages expectations
