Associate Product Development Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Associate PD Manager will create, launch, and run product development projects, administer processes and systems within the PD group and create various reporting metrics.

• Provide system support for continuous improvement of AIM and chemical management system, including creating training manuals and running training sessions for new users
• Scheduling gate meetings, ensuring documents are distributed on time and developing reports to capture product development KPI's
• Form a thorough understanding of manufacturing capabilities of our sites to assess viability for new products
• Grow knowledge in product costing, P&L's and financial analysis in order to build businesses cases for new products and associate capital
