The Co-operators is looking for a Assoc Print and Document Services Specialist. This role is accountable for corporate print and document management services including managing tight deadlines and competing priorities. The ideal candidate is client centric and able to work in a fast-paced service environment. They makes daily decisions in terms of priorities (between BAU and projects), customer service (internal and vendors), responsible for training, and problem solving.

How you will create impact:

  • Streamline team business practices to improve client service and efficiencies including monitoring staff workload and adjusting as necessary to meet client needs. Incorporate LEAN and sustainability practices while performing this task.
  • Identify staff training and development needs, assess new staff member\xe2\x80\x99s learning style and adapt training plans. including cross-training to ensure adequate backup is in place to prevent disruption in service. Provide coaching when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain procedures, business rules, workflows and tools.
  • Represent the team on projects in a lead or supporting role, including sustainability initiatives, OnBase, EPMS, Print to Mail jobs, graphic design, and working with IT on software/hardware evaluation needs and developing, testing, and implementing new system solutions/enhancements.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with internal Business Partners, customers, field partners, vendors, and service providers by responding to questions and servicing issues, resolving client service complaints.
  • Back up to Business Solutions Analyst in terms of Xerox Core, Print Router, BCP and Print to Mail file management
  • Liaison with Xerox Graphic Design, understand monthly invoice, reconcile, provide input to Supervisor and Manager, Utilize Graphic Design expertise to work on rush in-house graphic design work and to audit the forms creation/updates of Xerox. Monitor SLAs

To join our team:
  • 2 years of experience in previous industry related or relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with production printers, color copiers, inserters, postage machines, imaging machines, courier systems and MICR printers is considered an asset
  • Experience with Xerox Freeflow, DATABASICS, Print Router, Life Pages, Versatile, Proclaim, Inspire, Miro, Purolator Online, EST 2.0 and LEAN methodology is considered an asset
  • Detail oriented, organized, and with excellent priority setting, communication, problem solving and time management skills.
  • Project management, and sustainability experience are assets
  • Efficient and effective of resource management to achieve results while maintaining a consistent high level of quality meeting Service Level Agreements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Access), OnBase, EPMS, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, PageMaker, InDesign, Photo Shop, Designer), HTML
