We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Physiotherapist to join our team, either full-time or part-time.

Position Summary:

As an Associate Physiotherapist at UniPhysio & Associates, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of physical conditions. You will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, working in a supportive atmosphere that encourages professional growth and development. We offer a fair split compensation structure, promoting a collaborative approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical condition and treatment needs.

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.

- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to facilitate recovery.

- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, self-management strategies, and injury prevention.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest physiotherapy practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.

- Registered and in good standing with the College Of Physiotherapists of Ontario

- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
