Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Associate to join our team in Markham, ON. The Associate will play a critical role in supporting client relationships, conducting research, preparing financial reports, and managing documentation. Responsibilities include assisting advisors in developing client strategies, ensuring accurate data entry and record management, and responding to client inquiries. The Associate will work on-site and contribute to maintaining efficient workflows while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Qualifications
Strong financial analysis, research, and data management skills
Proficiency in financial planning tools and software; knowledge of tax strategies and investments is a plus
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed and accurate records
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team members and engage with clients effectively
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Previous experience in financial consulting or a related field is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM platforms is beneficial
Understand industry concepts (LLQP/CSC an asset but not required)
Language preferences (Mandarin/ Cantonese/ English)
