About the Role





You'll work closely within the brand, content and campaigns team, and cross-functionally with creative, retail, ops and marketing partners to turn big ideas into engaging social-first content that drives community, awareness and measurable results. If you love connecting with audiences, experimenting with trends, and helping a beloved brand grow its voice - this role is for you.



You'll manage and grow our creator community, driving user-generated content and partnerships that amplify our reach and strengthen our brand's voice. Working closely within the brand, content and campaigns team, and cross-functional with creative, ops and marketing partners, you'll turn big ideas into engaging social-first content that drives community, awareness and measurable results. What You'll Do




Shape Our Social Strategy

: Own the planning and execution of social media campaigns across channels, ensuring content aligns with brand voice, drives engagement, and builds community.



Grow Community & Engagement

: Develop initiatives to increase follower interaction, encourage user-generated content, and build authentic relationships with our audience. Own the briefing, management, and development of UGC assets through tools like Billo to ensure content is on-brand and performance-driven.



Manage Creator & Influencer Programs

: Build and nurture a creator community, managing influencer partnerships and brand collaborations to amplify reach and drive authentic content.



Support Campaign & Content Development

: Partner with the Content & Brand Campaigns AMM to translate campaign briefs into social-first storytelling that resonates with followers and drives measurable results.



Monitor Performance & Optimize

: Track key metrics, analyze performance, and apply insights to refine strategy, improve content, and maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.



Bring the Brand to Life

: Help create social-first content that showcases products, celebrates our community, and supports product launches, retail initiatives, and events.



Collaborate Cross-Functionally

: Work closely with creative, content, marketing, and eCommerce teams to ensure social efforts are integrated with larger campaigns and business objectives.



Stay Ahead of Trends

: Keep a pulse on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities to ensure our brand remains fresh, relevant, and innovative.



What You Bring




3-4 years of experience in social media marketing, community management, or content marketing, ideally in consumer goods, lifestyle, or retail. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. Proven experience creating and executing social media campaigns that build engagement and measurable results. Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills. Experience working with influencers, partners, or community programs. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make strategic recommendations. Creative thinker, collaborative team player, and highly organized - able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Passion for brand storytelling and connecting with consumers in meaningful ways.
